After eight mint is very easy to grow and great for recipes.

Example Recipes
The leaves have a much more chocolate flavour than other mints like peppermint plants
It is can be used in recipes where you would like a minty chocolaty flavour. Anything from syrup to sauces or even added to salads.
It is very easy to use, simply cut a sprig from the plant and remove the leaves. Either cut the leaves into small piece, when used in recipes or rub if you want to use it in drinks like cocktails or even hot tea.

How to grow this mint at home
The easiest way is to grow it from a plant or plug plant.
It is very easy to grow but will grow very fast. The picture above shows a lime mint plant which was had grown to a ‘harvesting’ stage in only 2 months, from a plug plant planted in a pot in the garden.
